TabakAI Terms of Use

2.1. Service Description

TabakAI is a digital platform that offers healthy and personalized nutrition plans to its users. Through weekly and annual subscription packages, it provides recipes and plans tailored to the users' goals.

2.2. Account Creation

Users can create an account using the registration methods offered by the app. Account information should be kept confidential and not shared with third parties. Users can permanently delete their accounts from within the app at any time. TabakAI does not have the right to suspend or delete user accounts.

2.3. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

Users should avoid generating inappropriate content, misuse, and illegal activities within the app. Accounts of users engaging in inappropriate behavior may be deleted by TabakAI.

2.4. Subscription and Payment

The app offers weekly and annual subscription options. Subscriptions are automatically renewed after a 3-day free trial period. Users can cancel their subscriptions through store settings. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

2.5. Intellectual Property Rights

The app and all of its content are owned by TabakAI. No ownership rights are claimed over the content created by users. All trademark, patent, and copyright rights are legally protected.

2.6. Disclaimer of Liability

TabakAI does not guarantee that the app will operate uninterruptedly and without errors. Users use the app at their own risk. The results obtained depend on individual differences and performance, and are not guaranteed.

2.7. Policy Changes

TabakAI may update the terms of use and policies from time to time. Changes are announced on the website. It is mandatory for users to follow and accept the changes.

2.8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between parties are primarily resolved through mediation and arbitration. If the disagreement persists, the laws of the Republic of Turkey apply and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
